For this project, we had the pleasure of contributing to the design of Gail’s Bakery in Queens Park, London, in collaboration with Cavendish Studio.
Cavendish Studio created a timeless and balanced interior, using mainly plain white tiles paired with a lively selection of decorated Delft tiles in classic blue, hand-painted on our All-in Mix. The decorated tiles were carefully chosen from several Poarte series; including P-6 Landscapes, P-37 Cupids, and P-7 Small flowers, along with animal and figure tiles replicated from an antique set provided by Regts – Delft Tiles. Together, these tiles form a surface that feels both playful and historic, full of variety yet harmonious in composition.
This project demonstrates how Delft tiles can enrich modern commercial spaces, adding character, tradition, and a distinctive sense of place.
