P-7 series – Small flowers

The P-7 series draws inspiration from original antique Delft wall tiles, featuring  beautifully small flowers. These tiles are painted in classic Delft blue on our colourful mix base, enhanced with gentle crackling and pinholes for a more authentic look. While this is our default setup, you can easily adjust the finish, base tone, or tile shade to match your interior style or project needs. In addition, if you prefer a warmer tone, a manganese version is also available here.

44 unique scenes

This series includes 44 distinct floral designs, each one carefully recreated from the original 18th- and 19th- century Delft tiles. Every tile features different small flowers, and some include delicate touches like a bird, butterfly, or insect, which add a sense of movement. Because each tile is hand-painted, you’ll also notice slight variations in brushwork and tone, small differences that give every piece its own unique form. These tiles are a great fit for many types of interior projects. Whether you’re designing a hallway with wainscoting, a cozy fireplace surround, or a kitchen backsplash, the P-7 series adds timeless character. In  addition, the floral designs combine effortlessly with plain white tiles or larger floral motifs, offering plenty of creative flexibility to build something truly personal.

Pinholes in the corners

Before 1860, tile makers used wooden boards with small pins to steady the clay while shaping it, which left pinholes in the surface. Today, we replicate this traditional detail by including two pinholes per tile. As a result, the tiles retain the handcrafted, slightly imperfect charm that defines historic Delft tilework.

Crackled finish

Over time, Delft tiles naturally develop a fine web of surface cracks, known as crazing, which many see as a sign of age and character. To help recreate that aged appearance, we offer a crackled finish as an optional enhancement. While some prefer a cleaner look, this finish adds warmth, depth, and an unmistakably antique feel that suits this series beautifully.

Product disclaimer

We use traditional techniques to make our Delft tiles, and up to five artists may contribute to the painting process. Because of this, slight variations in size, color, and detail are to be expected, and celebrated. Although we don’t offer machine-like perfection, we do uphold a high standard of craftsmanship. These tiles are built to last and will continue to age gracefully for decades, or even centuries, to come.
